Meta and Google ads that fill your discovery-flight schedule
Local lead campaigns built from real footage of your aircraft and students, tested every week, and tracked from the first click to a new student.
Why boosted posts don't work
Boosting a post gets likes from people who will never fly. Real lead campaigns ask the platform for one thing: people who raise their hand for a discovery flight. Then we send every lead's outcome back to Meta and Google, booked or not, so they find more people like the ones who actually enrolled.
What we run
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram): lead campaigns for discovery flights, gift flights, ratings and aircraft rentals, with 4–8 genuinely different ads tested at a time
- Google Search (Full Throttle): ads for "flight school near me", "discovery flight" and "learn to fly" in your area, with the junk searches blocked
- Creative from your own shoot days, not stock photos
- Conversion tracking from lead to booked flight to enrolled student
- Weekly testing: cut what's weak, scale what works
Your ad budget is included
Every ONAV program includes an ad budget starting at $1,000 a month. All of it goes to ads, and you can raise it any time. Our management fee is separate, and you can see every dollar of spend in your portal.
Just want ads?
Our Ads program is paid campaigns only, from $2,250 a month including ad budget. When you want your social pages run too, Growth adds monthly videos, animated explainers and photo posts.
From flight training campaigns our team ran, April 2025 – March 2026.
On a local Instagram campaign that brought in more than 100 leads.
What drove the cheapest leads
Specific, local offers: aircraft rentals, seasonal "learn to fly this summer" pushes, and real student stories. Broad, generic campaigns cost two to three times more per lead.
Common questions
What's the difference between running ads and running our social media?
Running ads means we build and manage paid campaigns that bring in leads: targeting, ad creative, budget and testing. Running your social media means we plan, film, design and post your organic content every month (short videos, animated explainers and photo posts) and keep your pages active. Our Ads program is ads only. Growth and Full Throttle include both.
Why is there a $1,000 minimum ad budget?
Below about $1,000 a month, ad platforms don't get enough results to learn who your best students are, so cost per lead stays high and results swing week to week. $1,000 is the floor that gives a single-location school steady, measurable leads. You can go higher any time, but not lower.
Where does my ad budget go?
100% of your ad budget is spent on ads. Our management fee is separate. You can see every dollar of spend, every lead and the cost per lead in your client portal, and the ad accounts stay in your school's name.
How fast will we see results?
Most schools see their first leads within days of ads going live, about 21 days after signing. Cost per lead usually improves through months 2 and 3 as the ads learn. Google search and AI-search visibility build over 4 to 12 months, which matches Google's own guidance on SEO.
Why does lead response time matter so much?
Research published in Harvard Business Review found that companies contacting a web lead within an hour were nearly seven times more likely to qualify it than companies that waited even an hour longer. Every ONAV lead gets an automatic text within a minute, and your team gets an alert to call.
